Customer Background
A professional stamp-making workshop engraving its own dies on a CO2 laser machine needed a reliable sheet supply — consistent engraving behavior batch after batch, at wholesale volume.
Customer Requirement
A4-size laser rubber sheets in 2.3 mm thickness (our L-A4 grade), suitable for CO2 laser engraving of stamp dies, with sample sheets for machine testing before committing to a bulk order.
The Challenge
For an engraving workshop, rubber is a production input: if engraving depth, odor or residue changes between sheets, every die the customer sells is affected. The buyer therefore tested sample sheets on their own CO2 machine before placing a bulk order — the only evaluation that actually matters.
Our Solution
We supplied sample sheets first so the customer could run their own engraving tests — their machine, their settings, their text and logo patterns. After the samples passed the customer’s own evaluation, the bulk order was produced from the same material grade. Sheet specification, thickness and hardness are recorded against the account so repeat orders match the tested material.
Quality Control
Sheets are checked for thickness consistency, surface quality and flatness before packing, so engraving depth stays predictable across the sheet.
Result
The bulk order was produced to the same material grade as the approved samples.
