Date stamps are the workhorse of offices, warehouses and QC departments. EPRESS date stamps combine a smooth band-adjustment mechanism with a self-inking body — one press gives a clean day-month-year impression without a separate ink pad.

Standard bands cover 12 consecutive years. Date format, fixed text above and below the date, and shell color are all customizable, which makes this series a steady repeat-purchase line for stationery distributors.

How many years does the date band cover?

Standard bands cover 12 consecutive years starting from the production year. Tell us if you need a different starting year when ordering.

Can I customize the date format?

Yes. We produce DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, YYYY-MM-DD and month-name formats (e.g. 12 JAN 2026). Custom formats are available from 500 pcs.

Can the date band be replaced when it wears out?

Yes. Bands and ink pads are both replaceable, and we supply spare bands to distributors for after-sales service.

Can I add fixed text above and below the date?

Yes — most orders include text like RECEIVED, CHECKED or a company name above and below the date line. Send your wording and we will return a free layout proof.
