A wholesale stamp distributor needed a bulk supply of round self-inking stamps under its own branding. The buyer purchases repeatedly for resale, so batch-to-batch consistency mattered as much as unit price.
Customer Requirement
Round self-inking stamps in a 10,000 pcs order, customized with the distributor’s logo on the shell, a specified body color, and retail-ready packaging suitable for the distributor’s sales channels.
The Challenge
At this volume the critical points are logo position consistency across thousands of shells, color consistency between production batches, and packaging that survives export cartons without damaging the stamp surfaces.
Our Solution
The project followed our standard OEM order path, with a physical sample approved before mass production:
1. Confirm Product Model
Round self-inking stamp model and die size locked against our mould list.
2. Confirm Quantity
10,000 pcs, single production run with volume pricing.
3. Review Logo Artwork
Vector artwork checked; free layout proof sent for approval.
4. Confirm Body Color
Shell color confirmed against the buyer’s reference before moulding.
5. Prepare Sample
Pre-production sample assembled with final logo and color.
6. Approve Sample
Customer signed off the physical sample — the spec was locked.
7. Mass Production
Injection moulding and assembly on our Dongguan lines.
8. Quality Inspection
Mechanism, ink pad and appearance checks on the batch.
9. Packaging
Custom retail packaging and export cartons per approved spec.
10. Shipment
Cartons consolidated and shipped to the distributor’s forwarder.
Production
Shells were injection-moulded and assembled on our own production lines — the same lines that run our standard R-series round stamps.
Quality Control
The batch passed our standard seven-stage inspection: mechanism action, ink pad saturation, impression quality and appearance before packing.
Result
The order was completed according to the confirmed specifications and the approved sample.
