Most of our export customers follow the same path: a cautious first order, a smooth repeat, then a standing supply program. Importing self-inking stamps from China is not complicated when each step is confirmed before the next one starts. This is the process as we run it with distributors, wholesalers and private-label brands every month — written from the factory side of the table.

Accurate quotations start with accurate specifications. Prepare: models or sizes (for example R-0042, the classic 42 mm company seal), quantity per model, shell colors, your logo file if branding is needed, and packaging requirements. Six data points — product, quantity, color, logo, packaging, destination country — get you a factory quotation within 8–12 working hours. New to the category? The stamp buying guide walks through the full sourcing logic first.
Never skip sampling. Our samples ship within 2 working days, and they exist to answer every quality question before money moves: shell material (Taiwan CHIMEI ABS), mechanism action, impression quality, pad fit, packaging. Test them the way your customers will use them. A supplier who hesitates on samples is telling you something.
If your order carries your brand — logo printing, Pantone shell colors, private-label boxes, barcodes — confirm every element on written proofs before mass production. Our OEM process runs logo, color and packaging approval as formal sign-off gates, because reprinting a carton run is expensive for everyone. MOQ is 100 pcs per model, so a first branded order does not need to be a gamble.
Trade terms decide who arranges and pays for which leg of the journey. FOB is the common choice when you have a freight forwarder: we deliver export-side to the vessel, your forwarder takes it from there. EXW gives you control from our factory gate. Production lead time is confirmed with your quotation — agree it in writing before payment, including what happens with custom packaging or new logo tooling.
During production your order passes through our seven-stage QC — raw material, molding, assembly, mechanism test, ink pad, appearance and packaging inspection. For larger orders we welcome pre-shipment inspection by your agent or a third party; book it when production is confirmed so it slots into the schedule cleanly.

Shipping method follows order size and urgency — sea freight for volume, air for speed, courier for samples and small top-ups. The reorder is where importing gets easy: specifications are already approved, moulds and proofs are on file, and a repeat order is just quantity plus destination. Most of our long-term distributors run standing assortments across the round range plus replacement pads on a rolling schedule.

100 pieces per model — deliberately low so new importers can test a market with a mixed assortment before committing to volume. Samples ship in 2 working days so you can verify quality before any bulk order.
It depends on your logistics setup. FOB is the common choice for importers with a freight forwarder — we handle export-side delivery to the vessel, your forwarder handles the rest. EXW suits buyers who want full control from our factory gate. Tell us your arrangement and we quote accordingly.
Three gates: approve samples before production, confirm OEM details (logo, color, packaging) on signed-off proofs, and for larger orders arrange a pre-shipment inspection — either your own agent or a third party. Our seven-stage QC runs regardless, but independent inspection on big orders is good practice we fully support.
Six things: product model or size, quantity, shell color, logo file, packaging requirements, and destination country. With those we return a factory quotation within 8–12 working hours — vague inquiries get vague quotes, specific ones get numbers you can plan on.
