The Three Customization Layers of an OEM Stamp Order
Almost every distributor we work with eventually moves from standard models to OEM: their own logo on the stamp, their brand colors on the shell, their name on the box. The good news — you do not have to do all three at once. Our OEM program is built in layers, and this guide explains what each layer involves, what it costs you in lead time, and how the approval process works. We run all three layers in-house at our Dongguan factory.
Layer 1: Custom Logo
The entry point of every OEM relationship. Send your artwork and we return a free layout proof within 24 hours, typeset on your chosen model — die impression and shell branding together. Logo customization starts at the standard MOQ of 100 pcs per model, which makes it accessible even for a first private-label trial. Approved proofs are archived as the production standard, so your second order matches the first without re-explaining anything.
Layer 2: Custom Shell Colors and Pantone Matching
Our standard shells ship from stock colors, and they cover most markets. But brand owners often need the stamp body itself in brand colors — that is where Pantone matching comes in. On volume orders we color-match the ABS shell to your Pantone reference, keeping the same Taiwan CHIMEI ABS quality and surface finish. Color matching adds a tooling and material step, so it carries a higher quantity threshold than logo work — we confirm the exact number with your quote, before you commit.
Layer 3: Private-Label Packaging
The layer that turns a product into your product. Options range from barcode and SKU labels on standard boxes, to fully printed retail boxes, inserts and export cartons with your branding. The process mirrors the product proof: you send brand assets, we return a packaging mockup for approval, and physical packaging samples can be confirmed alongside product samples. Customization never touches the mechanics: the same press-and-lock self-inking mechanism, the same 2.3 mm laser-engraved dies, the same replaceable ink pads, and the same seven-stage QC inspection as our standard line. Your brand goes on a product that is already proven in 40+ export markets — that is the point of OEM with a real factory rather than redesigning from zero.

Most successful OEM buyers we work with started small: one or two best-selling models (the round range is the usual entry), logo only, 100–300 pcs.
