Every Stamp Inspected Before It Ships

When you resell a stamp, your customer never sees our factory — they only see whether the mechanism works smoothly, the impression is sharp and the shell survives daily use. That is why quality control at EPRESS is not a final glance at the cartons: it is a seven-stage process that starts before raw material enters the workshop.

7-STAGE QC PROCESS

How Every Order Is Inspected

From raw ABS pellets to sealed cartons — each stage has its own checklist and responsible inspector.

1. Raw Material Inspection

ABS and other incoming materials are checked for grade, color consistency and supplier batch certificates before entering production. We mould with Taiwan CHIMEI ABS for stable strength and finish.

2. Injection Molding Inspection

Shells are sampled from every moulding run for dimensions, color accuracy against the approved standard, surface defects and flash. Off-spec shells never reach assembly.

3. Assembly Inspection

Spring tension, mechanism fit and die alignment are checked during assembly so every stamp flips and returns smoothly — no sticking, no loose caps.

4. Mechanism Cycle Testing

Samples from each batch are cycle-tested for repeated stamping action to verify the mechanism keeps working smoothly over a long service life, not just out of the box.

5. Ink Pad Inspection

Pads are checked for ink absorption, color evenness and sealing, then test-stamped so the first impression is as clean as the thousandth.

6. Final Inspection

Before packing, every unit is stamped and visually checked — impression sharpness, mechanism action, shell finish and your custom logo position.

7. Packaging Inspection

Quantities, SKU labels, barcodes, your custom packaging requirements and carton strength are verified against the packing list before the container is loaded.

Quality Questions Buyers Ask Us

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes — we encourage it. Standard-model samples ship within 2 working days, so you can test the mechanism, impression quality and shell finish yourself before committing to an order.

Do you provide pre-shipment inspection photos or reports?

Yes. On request we send pre-shipment photos of your actual order — products, packaging and cartons — plus an inspection summary before the goods leave our factory.

What happens if I receive defective units?

Send us photos of the defective units and we confirm quickly — no endless disputes. Verified defects are replaced in your next order or credited, and the root cause is fed back into the QC checklist for your SKU.

How do you keep repeat orders consistent?

After your first approved order, we lock the specs for your SKU — shell color, logo position, ink, pad and packaging — and keep your approved sample as the production standard. Every repeat batch is checked against it.
